BUSINESS STAFFING AND MANAGEMENT, INC. (BSMI) has its roots in 1976 (March) that provides different manpower services, projects/general management and optical services.

Today, BSMI is serving about sixty clients, many of which are top local and multinational companies and manufacturing firms, with a combined personnel of about 1,000 people and a total billing of Twenty Two Million Pesos in the year 1991. It has established two (2) subsidiaries, namely, Industrial and Health Personnel Management Services Corp. which handles the industrial and health sector services and Job and Personnel Alliance Systems, Inc. which caters to the office, field sales, promotions and other related services.

(BSMI) provides clients several options for their Human Resource requirements: Temporary Staffing, Project Management Staffing, Permanent & Executive Staffing and Outsourcing Services. We have a 33-year track record in partnering with multinational clients, local, and offshore companies for their total Human Resource needs. Apart from our database of candidates for various positions at all levels, our Recruitment Consultants source out candidates following our client's specific requirements.

As a service provider (for Temporary & Project Management Staffing), BSMI has proven a strict implementation D.O. 18-02 in our partnership with companies in the telecommunications, Information Technology, manufacturing services, pharmaceutical, and other major companies in various industries. In these two services, the client will be spared of direct relationship with the employees assigned to its company. That means BSMI will be the client's first line of defense against any employee & labor problems. Our Permanent & Executive Staffing services are geared towards sourcing for your specific needs and conducting in-depth interview of candidates. We will provide you only with candidates who have undergone and passed our stringent screening process.
